Ian Campbell is a true blue Nova Scotian, a born litigator and an avid yachtsman. Ian articled with the Firm when it was known as Williamson and Thorne, acting for insureds and numerous insurance companies.  He was a founding member of Campbell Mitchell which subsequently became Campbell, Renaud Trial Lawyers and which, in addition to trial work, had an extensive practice of Appeal Work.

Ian has significant experience in complex personal injury, medical malpractice, estate, and commercial litigation in both the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Jury and Judge Alone Trials, and in the British Columbia Court of Appeal.

Ian is a dedicated advocate who applies his creative expertise to the advantage and benefit of achieving the best results for his client. His extensive Courtroom experience and Trial Advocacy skill set also ensures that his clients get the best results at Mediation or Arbitration, short of Trial.

When Ian is not in the Courtrooms of British Columbia plying his legal trade, he can be found sailing the beautiful waters on the British Columbia coast.
